1 - Objectives and details of the project.
Published by Our List,

1. **What is the primary goal of the website?**
- Understanding the core purpose and objectives of the site is crucial.
The primary purpose of the website is to provide a secure and affordable platform for individuals in the adult entertainment industry to advertise their services and content. Our main focus will be on adult entertainers from various categories and genders, offering them multiple advertising options to gain additional exposure and reach a wider audience.
The core objective of the site is to create a safe space operated by and for sex workers, ensuring their privacy and safety are prioritized. While advertising is the main function, the website will also extend to other adult users, allowing them to post classified ads for free. This will not only increase traffic but also provide an opportunity for entertainers to monetize their listings and drive more traffic to their profiles. For example, banner ads can be placed between classified ad posts.
Since the site’s revenue will come from adult entertainers, we will offer different subscription levels tailored to their needs. This includes a default free tier, ensuring entertainers have an affordable advertising option at all times. Additionally, there will be VIP and ELITE levels with added benefits such as the number of images, tier banners or tags indicating their investment in their business, and number of videos. Detailed descriptions of these benefits will be provided later.
Apart from tiered memberships, the site will also offer "upgrades" that users can purchase in addition to their subscription. These upgrades can include banner spaces, rotating images on the frontend, sticky ads displayed for 24 hours, and limited availability options. Further details on these upgrade options will be provided in the future.
Furthermore, the website will allow a separate user type to create accounts and post simple classified ads within their own categories (e.g., woman seeking man, man seeking woman, etc.). However, this user type will not have the ability to make purchases.
There will be ZERO 3rd party ads leading users off site
2. **Who is the target audience?**
-
Users will be expected to be of similar demographics to similar sites.

However our ideal target audience will be age 21+ in the United States and Canada although we do plan on being available in other areas also.
We expect to have more women visiting the site also as we plan on adding a site blog to increase traffic interested in the various topics which will include online safety especially for families.
(The blogs will also be used for entertainers to gain additional exposure by writing and being featured in.)
3. **What is the expected traffic volume and growth?**
- Information on expected traffic helps with server and hosting decisions.
We expect our traffic to be comparable to the first image (Rub Rankings) to start out with, maybe slightly higher as we do have a great marketing plan ready and also access to many sex worker only spaces.

But we will include other popular platforms also just for a general idea of what could be in the future.

4. **What are the key features and functionality required?**
- Understanding specific features like e-commerce, user registration, or special integrations is essential
1. User Registration and Profiles: The site allows users to create accounts, manage their profiles, and update relevant information such as contact details, preferences, and personal descriptions.
2. Model Listings and Advertisements: The platform enables models to create listings or advertisements that showcase their portfolios, including images, videos, descriptions, and other relevant details. Users can browse, search, and filter these listings based on their preferences.
3. Search and Filters: The site provides robust search functionality and filters, allowing users to specify their requirements and find models or classified ads that match their criteria. These filters may include parameters like location, online status, real time availability, availability, and the genders of clients they see, the subscription tier of advertisers giving paid ads a more likely chance to be seen higher chance of authenticity and more likely to be safe than free ads.
(To be fair we are eliminating some otherwise typical search features allowing paid advertisers a higher chance of having their listing be seen according to their account type or the functions allowed for that level and also any paid upgrades they purchase for their ad. Our customer will be the sex workers paying us for what we offer as described not their clients. For safety reasons however we want to allow a feature that will act as a sort of block, but we will explain that later, but most search filters that eliminate others will be for the purpose of location or availability and safety)
4. Messaging and Communication: The platform offers built-in messaging or communication systems that allow users to connect with the admin individually and also for mass promotions or alerts to be sent in hopes to avoid confusion by attempts to trick people into logging into fake website to obtain their login information facilitating trust our users best interests out genuine concern.
However classifieds ads will have the option to have responses to their ad sent directly to their email similar to how Craigslist, Doublelist allow to be done. Meanwhile advertisers will also have this option with the added benefit of allowing them to also display other contact information like phone number.
5. Payment Processing: If the site involves paid services or transactions, it should have a secure payment gateway or integration to facilitate secure and convenient payment processing. This feature ensures safe transactions between users. ( we will only allow advertisers to make payments to us at this time payments will be made using gateway included on a different post)
6. Ratings and Reviews: these will be replaced with optional comments in which advertisers may either choose to allow or not and can be used for reviews or FAQ and also may be directed by link to their preferred review platform by including a link. The ability to have this feature will require an account that has met a minimum purchase amount set by the admin in order to unlock it use and will not be made available otherwise.
7. Admin Dashboard: The site should have an administrative dashboard that allows administrators to manage user accounts, listings, advertisements, and overall site operations. This feature enables smooth site administration and ensures a high-quality user experience.
8. Privacy and Security Measures: To maintain user privacy and security, the site should incorporate measures like secure login, data encryption, protection against spam or fraudulent listings, and adherence to relevant privacy policies.

7. **What is the preferred technology stack and hosting environment?**
- Knowing your technical preferences is crucial for selecting the right tools and hosting.
To build a model directory and classified ads site using the Ionic framework, you would need the following technology stack and hosting environment:
1. Front-end Development:
- Ionic Framework: Use Ionic to develop the user interface and front-end of the website. Ionic is a popular open-source framework that allows you to build cross-platform mobile and web applications using web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
2. Back-end Development:
- Node.js: Use Node.js as the back-end runtime environment. It is a JavaScript runtime built on Chrome's V8 engine that allows you to run JavaScript on the server-side.
- Express.js: Utilize Express.js, a web application framework for Node.js, to handle routing, middleware, and server-side logic.
- Database: Choose a suitable database system to store and manage your data. Options include MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Firebase Realtime Database, depending on your specific requirements.

11. **What is the budget for the project and the payment structure?**
- Clear budget and payment terms ensure everyone is on the same page financially.

According to upwork I typically pay around $35.00 an hour BUT I never want anyone to not get paid what they are owed.
I definitely understand the need for an asking the budget, it saves us both time and you’re able to work within that budget. TOTALLY understandable!
Please understand I am hesitant to answer, because I have answered it up until this point, and it has gotten me nothing to show for it from people who tried to do something that they were just unable to do.
(Spaghetti code most recently is what I had spent a huge amount of money on. I did not know what this term meant, until after I had already paid for it, but. I genuinely do believe the developer worked on it as hard as he could. Spent the time and hours.
The script looks great! It just does not function and no, Developrr has been able to work on it although you are welcome to try if you would like to. I don’t think that it will work though sadly.
My point being I want someone able to complete the job, hopefully that I’ll be able to continue to work with going forward also but this project is very important to me, I see a need for it in my industry so im willing to work within whatever price range you would typically charge for something that I am looking for. If that makes sense. 🥸
An ideal situation would be one that im able to pay in milestones ((ive been working off several different freelancer sites i have never requested a refund from anyone but it does make me comfortable having an escrow .)) but i have no idea how common this is outside of that honestly, but a similar situation would be ideal.
Or
Taking the project and getting a starting quote for something extremely basic site that we can work on from there.
I had purchased a script from Here:
https://backpage.snetworks.biz
That looked like the image below, then I was told the code was too old and it would’ve stopped working, and that is how I got on to this whole mess of starting over with some brand new lol

But I am hoping you get the idea. Getting less is fine so long as it can be built on and we can take off a lot of the features at first and do things this way?
I also purchased (and still have) a flynax script you may work on if you like, but honestly, I am not sure that I understand how licenses work and I would prefer to have it custom developed so that I can be sure that all of the user information on the website is secure and not able to be taken by anyone.
There is the link to view that if you like and a image below

I’m even okay with something like skip the games (which I absolutely hate everything about lol) BUT as long as it is able to be built on

These are sites I would consider "basic" looking. I am certain they are not as basic to develop, however but I am hoping that the idea is understood. If not, please let me know.
